Welcome to the well-known Skasen Spiseri, where we prepare dishes based on traditional recipes and good old cooking traditions.

Good food is often the most important part of a successful trip, and at Skasen we believe we have succeeded in offering high quality meals at friendly prices.

Our goal is to help create a memorable experience for you and your group.

You can book just a meal, or combine your visit with complete experience packages, including:

• cultural experiences in Finnskogen

When travelling, you should not have to worry about details or planning. Simply tell us what you would like, and we will arrange the rest according to your budget.

A traditional cured meat buffet with sour cream porridge, accompanied by accordion music performed by the well-known Norwegian accordion player Odd Arne Sørensen and guests.

Christmas Buffet (Julebord)

Available November 1 – November 30.

Traditional Norwegian Christmas buffet including:

• roasted pork rib

• homemade meatballs and sausages

• pinnekjøtt with mashed root vegetables

• Christmas gravy and traditional side dishes

• homemade rice cream dessert with red berry sauce
